Next Steps - Immediate Future

Several suites have been leased for temporary offices at 7290 Trabuco Road, Irvine, on the former El Toro Marine Base. During 2010 the following will take place through these temporary offices:

1. •Set up a Research Library for print and electronic resources.
   

2. •Establish a series of historical and archaeological classes and lecture series.
   

3. •Develop plans for a permanent museum facility
   

4. •A fundraising plan to be presented to interested individuals, foundations, investors and developers in order to bring the Museum to its larger and more permanent reality.
   

5. •Relocation to new location until permanent structure is completed.

Fundraising for Continuing Start-up Phase 2010: $240,000

Includes twelve month operating expenses at $20,000 per month for the following:

1. •First Phase Museum Building Costs
   

2. •Office Rent & Opening Expenses
   

3. •Planning & Development Costs
   

4. •Administrative Assistant & Office Manager
   

5. •Quarterly Lecture Series
   

6. •Address Lists Development
   

7. •Monthly Newsletter Development
   

8. •Monitors and IT Equipment
